Personalized One-on-One Physiotherapy
Move more comfortably and return to the activities that matter to you with personalized physiotherapy. Your appointment is spent directly with your physiotherapist, allowing time for assessment, hands-on treatment, exercise instruction and practical advice.
Your physiotherapist will consider your symptoms, health history, movement and goals before recommending a treatment plan. Care may combine manual physiotherapy, therapeutic exercise, movement education, cupping, dry needling/acupuncture and other techniques appropriate to your needs.
Based on your assessment, we will develop an individualized treatment plan to help you:
- Reduce pain and stiffness
- Restore mobility, strength and physical function
- Recover from an injury or operation
- Improve balance, stability and confidence
- Return safely to work, sport and everyday activities
- Reduce the risk of recurring injuries
