I am here to help you remember who you are beyond your losses and embrace the grace and joy available in life again.

I practice from a compassionate inquiry approach to support you in developing a sense of inner safety and confidence to face the life experiences that are keeping you stuck. Each session invites you into a deeper understanding of your patterns and responses from a body-mind connection. We work together with the goal of helping you gain a sense of self-compassion and inner peace.

'The purpose of Compassionate Inquiry is to drill down to the core stories people tell themselves – to get them to see what story they are telling themselves unconsciously; what those beliefs are, where they came from; and guide them to the possibility of letting go of those stories, or letting go of the hold those stories have on them. That’s what Compassionate Inquiry is.' Gabor Maté

I am registered with Nova Scotia College of Social Workers (NSCSW), Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Services Workers (OCSWSSW), certified compassionate inquiry practitioner and certified grief specialist with EDU-Therapy™.
