Rebecca is a Physiotherapist, Pilates Instructor, and Manual Osteopath. She opened Zenith Physio Pilates in 2013 with the intention of creating a multidisciplinary clinic where people could receive individual attention from trained professionals enabling them to reach their peak wellness and fitness potential.

With over 15 years of clinical experience, Rebecca's practice follows the philosophy that the body has the inherent ability to heal itself, and her work is focused on finding and treating the root cause of pain and dysfunction. She combines the best of traditional physiotherapy with the principles and techniques of osteopathic manual therapy in order to assist people on their path towards health and wellness.

When not at the clinic Rebecca can be found enjoying time with her growing family. She enjoys running, surfing, sailing, and cooking.
