We view Pilates as the perfect bridge between clinical rehabilitation and athletic excellence—it is the tool that helps you take the progress made on the treatment table and turn it into lasting strength and flexibility. Pilates can be used to regain strength and mobility after injury or surgery, reduce chronic pain, and improve balance. Whether you're new to exercise or looking to complement your current fitness routine, our certified Pilates Instructors will guide you through foundational Pilates movements, helping you learn and explore how great Pilates can help you feel!

At Zenith we offer:

One-on-one Pilates sessions

  • ideal for learning to activate your deep core muscles, or
  • perfect for those newly recovering from injury, surgery, or childbirth

Weekly 50-minute Group Classes

  • Matwork: designed to decrease joint pain & stiffness, improve posture, balance, & build core strength
  • Springboards: designed to build and tone muscle and further challenge your upper body, lower body, and core strength
