With a deep foundation in both sports medicine and osteopathic principles, Mustafa’s practice is rooted in the belief that the body has an innate ability to heal when movement is restored. He excels at finding the "root cause" of dysfunction—whether it is a joint restriction, muscular imbalance, or a chronic compensation pattern.
Mustafa’s sessions are highly individualized, combining hands-on manual techniques with evidence-based exercise to help patients move freely and return to the activities they love.
Outside of work, Mustafa enjoys staying active by taking part in hiking, CrossFit, and biking. He also enjoys catching a good movie and relaxing at a good coffee shop.
Education
Mustafa graduated from Istanbul Marmara University’s Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation College in 2013, and also holds a Masters in Anatomy from Celal Bayar University.
Following his initial degree, he completed four years of an intensive five-year post-graduate Osteopathy program. These three powerful trainings combined allow him to look beyond isolated symptoms to understand the body as a fully integrated system.
Mustafa has also completed post-graduate courses in Manual & Manipulative Physiotherapy, Cupping therapy, Myofascial Release, Kinesiotaping, and Sports Physiotherapy.
Career
Mustafa brings over a decade of diverse clinical experience to our team. His career began in high-performance environments, where he spent six years working alongside professional soccer clubs, managing complex athletic injuries and post-surgical rehabilitation.
In 2019, he opened his own private clinic in Turkey, where he spent three years focusing on the integration of Manual Therapy and Osteopathic techniques. Since moving to Canada in 2022, Mustafa has been dedicated to helping patients achieve long-term wellness through a combination of traditional physiotherapy and holistic manual practice.
