Kathleen completed her Pilates Instructor training in 2010 and continued with additional training in Active Aging in 2011. Her classes are designed to be gentle yet effective in improving overall strength, balance and agility. Kathleen offers

- Gentle paced mat-work classes that introduce the basic principles of Pilates and focus on improving posture and balance, decreasing joint stiffness, and developing core strength.
