I earned my undergraduate degree with a major in psychology from Carleton University, and my master's degree in counselling psychology from Yorkville University. I have worked as a first responder in Nova Scotia for over a decade and have had the honour of supporting individuals and their families through some of their most life-altering moments. This has given me a unique perspective not only on trauma, but on the healing that is possible afterward. I bring this perspective with me to my new role as counsellor, as well as the belief that we all carry the innate ability to heal. It would be an honour to walk alongside you in your healing journey.
