Osteopathy is “a natural therapy which aims to restore function in the body by treating the causes of pain and imbalance. To achieve this goal the Osteopathic Manual Practitioner relies on the quality and finesse of his/her palpation and works with the position, mobility and quality of the tissues.” (CCO). Osteopathy is a gentle, hands-on therapy that can provide relief for a myriad of health conditions (see list below).

Osteopathic Manual Treatment is highly individualized and everyone can benefit from it's preventative and rehabilitative effects.  Your practitioner will take a full health history and perform a thorough assessment to determine if it is safe and appropriate for you to receive treatment.
