A class designed especially for the needs of “MOM”. Exercises focus on regaining core strength and abdominal tone, and improve posture by lengthening and strengthening the spine. This class will treat the not so glamorous effects of childbearing, such as a diastasis (separation of the abdominals), pelvic pain, pelvic floor dysfunction, and back pain.
